Dear Neighbors,

Welcome to the latest edition of the Mount Laurel First E-News letter.

Lenape Girls Soccer wins state title:  The Indians defeated Bridgewater-Raritan 3-0 making school history, by becoming the first girls' soccer team to win the Group 4 state title. The Indians also earned their fourth coveted Courier-Post Cup. Lenape high school SADD program:   The advisor for the Lenape high school SADD (Students Against Drunk Driving) program, Michael Zimmerman, along with the members have decided to put together a bold initiative and sell t-shirts to the Mount Laurel community with the slogan: "Keep Your Drugs Out of MY TOWN!". The front has Mount Laurel NJ inside of an upside down triangle and all shirts are black with yellow writing to make them look official and bring a certain toughness to them. Order form and to view the shirt: http://www.mountlaurelfirst.com/Docs/antidrugshirt.doc

They have three goals in mind with this project:

1. Create solidarity among the community against drugs.
2. Let the drug dealers and users know how we feel (the more shirts they see the more
the message filters across our town and to our children).
3. Fundraise money to help bring more drug education to all of our schools and
purchase much needed supplies and educational materials.

You can email Mr. Zimmerman at: zim0001@yahoo.com
